For our Miniat Gold Standard line, there is a one pallet minimum. This is a much smaller minimum than our custom solutions, making it an accessible way to use our premium meats.

We currently offer eight products in the MGS catalog:

• Roasted Chicken Breast
• Rotisserie Style Chicken
• Rotisserie Style Shredded Chicken
• Braised Beef Pot Roast
• Slow Roasted Pork
• Beef Birria
• Flame Seared Tri-Tip
• Smoked, Sliced Beef Brisket

We ask for a 3-week lead time for initial order shipment.

Simply reach out to a Miniat representative to get set up in our system. Once you’ve placed an order, your Gold Standard proteins will be either directly shipped to your warehouse or shipped to your trusted distributor partners.
