Spanning 165,000 square feet, our South Holland facility has evolved through four major expansions since opening in 1995.
This flagship location houses our Innovation Center, Culinary Center, R&D Lab, and Pilot Plant—making it the epicenter of our product development and culinary creativity. It’s also been optimized for our sous vide cooking process.
Carrollton, GA
Originally built in 1993 and acquired in 2020, our 125,000-square-foot Carrollton facility maintains redundant capabilities with our South Holland site. It also offers steam, open smoking, and kettle cooking technologies and is poised for future growth and expansion.
